All of our online ordering transactions use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption, which protects your information. If you do not shop online, call our studio at (305)336 0052 M-F from 10am to 6pm. You can use your credit card over the phone.
We charge sales tax for Florida purchases only. Tax will be calculated during checkout, and will be included in your total before you confirm your order.
Promotional codes, Gift cards or Gift Certificates
Enter any applicable promotional code when prompted during the checkout process.
You can modify or cancel orders that have not been shipped yet. Note that we usually start processing orders the same day of receiving the purchase confirmation to be able to ship the same day, contact us by phone or email as soon as you realize you want to make a change.
We do not accept cancellations or changes on custom and personalised hand-stamped orders.
After your order has been received, we will email a confirmation of your order.
We will email you again with a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
Shipping & Returns
We offer Free standard shipping via USPS Priority Mail on all orders of $100 or more (promotion codes are not necessary)

Most jewelry pieces will ship within 24 hours after your purchase is received.
Custom orders and Personalized Hand-Stamped pieces take 2 business days to manufacture before shipping. Please contact us at (305)336-0052 or email firstname.lastname@example.org if you need your order to be rushed. We can rush orders at no additional cost.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase; if for any reason you are not happy with the jewelry pieces you received, please contact us at email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will guide you through the Return Authorization process for credit or exchange. We can only credit purchases to the original purchaser and owner of the credit card/account used to make the purchase. We don’t offer free returns or credit on shipping charges. These policies apply to purchases made through our online shop.
We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations on custom and personalized hand-stamped orders or sales and promotional items marked as final sale.

We do repairs, cleaning and maintenance of all our jewelry pieces, most of them are free of charge but depending on the case we will notify you of any applicable charge. Our repairs are done within 24 hours after receiveing the piece.

Half Pairs Earrings – Extra hand-stamped charms
We do sell individual or half-pairs of earrings. We know how much you love our earrings and want you to keep wearing them as your favorites. We also offer extra hand-stamped charms to the styles you bought from us before, call or email us for any questions, we love to hear from you.

We email special offers, discounts and featured items from time to time, if you would like to receive them, sign up to our Newsletters or follow us on Instagram or Facebook.
We will never ever sell, share or trade any information you supply to us with a third party. All information we collect is used to provide you with a better shopping experience and to facilitate us in fulfillment operations. We may send company information such product updates, sales and offers by email from time to time. You have the option of not to receive these promotional items by unsuscribing from our emails at any time by clicking on “unsuscribe” when you get one of our emails.
Our “Heritage” collection materials are mainly made with brass chains and elements in a variety of finishes such black, antique silver plated, grey, gold brushed, satin gold; many of our pieces are mixed with black copper and sterling silver. For our earrings we use sterling silver and 14k gold filled ear wires. All of these are nickel and lead free.
Our Sterling silver and 14k Gold filled Collection pieces are made 100% with sterling silver and 14k gold filled.
Cleaning our pieces
We treat and coat our brass chains and elements before we assemble them. To clean them we recommend a moisted soft cloth and then dry them with paper towel or clean them with an all purpose jewelry cloth. If you need maintenance or cleaning of your jewelry piece, contact us and we will be happy to do it for you.
