Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase; if for any reason you are not happy with the jewelry pieces you received, please contact us at email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will guide you through the Return Authorization process for credit or exchange. We can only credit purchases to the original purchaser and owner of the credit card/account used to make the purchase. We don’t offer free returns or credit on shipping charges. These policies apply to purchases made through our online shop.
We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations on custom and personalized hand-stamped orders or sales and promotional items marked as a Final Sale.
